Designation of Eligible Bodies Regulation<\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Beneficiaries of the NSCSLLT are those non-governmental land conservation organizations recognized under the Designation of Eligible Bodies Regulation<\/a> made under Section 16 of the the Conservation Easement Act, Province of Nova Scotia. The Province provides information on how to apply for designation<\/a> and Conservation Easements<\/a>, on their website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Trust is in the process of revising the funding application form and guidelines for submission. When this is completed, the updated form and instructions will be posted to this website.
